“to be blythe”
Pronounced blithe from the Old English bliþe… "happy, joyful, lighthearted."
Hi x I’m Charlotte, and I’m thrilled you’re here. My journey is rooted in a deep commitment to being "blythe"—joyful and lighthearted.
As a certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist, and energy worker with over 300 hours of formal training, I have also dedicated countless hours to my personal practice and well-being.
be blythe is more than just a name; it's a community—both virtual and physical—that fosters individual support and group immersion in nature, creating a sacred space for healing and connection. I’m excited to share this journey with you.
In 2010, I experienced a profound personal loss that shattered my understanding of life. I lost my daughter, Blythe, when she was just 11 months old. This loss transformed my path, guiding me toward the healing powers of gratitude, fasting, breath work, yoga, cold water immersion, meditation, and massage. These practices have become integral to my daily routine, as natural and essential as the tides.
In 2020, my father and I embarked on a journey to improve his physical well-being. At 75, he faced challenges with movement and had become resigned to a limited lifestyle. Together, we committed to a 30-day movement challenge. Through dedication and perseverance, he regained his mobility and zest for life. Now, he’s exploring the Peak District to watch sunrises and has cycled over 440 miles across Europe!
The desire to create a safe space for sharing and practicing has been growing within me for years; it’s also a way to honor Blythe’s memory. Acknowledging that it’s okay to feel lost, to grieve, and to seek connection is fundamental to this journey. I’m learning to embrace life fully, even amidst the storms, and you can, too.
Together, let’s unlock new potentials and reclaim our true nature.
Join me on this adventure!
With all my love,
Charlotte x
